I was introduced to the world of tattooing when I was offered an apprenticeship under Bruce Edwards at Electra Art Tattoo in Corpus Christi, Texas. I did my first tattoo when I was 17 and knew then that tattooing was what I wanted to do for as long as I was able.

After a few years at Electra Art, I moved to Minneapolis, where I currently reside and work at Saint Sabrina's in Uptown. I strive to be a well-rounded artists and try to remain versatile as a tattooer, so that I may thoroughly satisfy my client's needs, regardless of the style. I most enjoy tattooing traditional style imagery, but also love Tibetan and Japanese art.

Some of the artists whose work inspires me are Mike Malone, Egon Shiele, Kore Flatmo, Grime, Frida Kahlo, Chris Conn, Luis Jimenez, Jose' Guadalupe Posada and Jason Brooks.

My work, both tattooing and otherwise, is deeply influenced by Mexican folk art and religious iconography. I use mostly water color when painting, but enjoy all mediums.

Please contact me if you are interested in a tattoo or painting.
